Giuliana has been working in the loss adjusting & insurance industry since 1985.
In 1995 she joined a leading company in the Italian loss adjustment market where she specialised in General & Product Liability claims.
In 1997 she ventured out into the international market and managed the partnerships with Cunningham Lindsey. Thereafter she was a member of the board until 2010.
Additionally, she has dealt with the creation of a company dedicated to claims management services, of which she was CEO from 2004 to June 2016.
She is a founding member of TPA&A.

Francesco Luoni

Francesco, graduated in Political Sciences, has been working in the loss adjusting & insurance industry since 2004.
In Sircus Srl he was Senior Adjuster and Team Leader dealing with casualty claims adjusting on behalf of international and national accounts for foreign insurers and Lloyd’s. He also experienced Travel policies, A&H and Professional Indemnity claims adjusting.
From January to August 2016 Francesco was Loss Adjuster in CHP Legal Ltd.
He is a founding member of TPA&A

Elisabetta Pinciroli

Degree in Humanities, she worked as Head of Communication and Marketing in various service companies. For 12 years she has been International Key Accounts Managers of the Munters group, world leader in restoration services for the Insurance Market.
From 2007 to February 2010 she was Marketing Manager at PER spa, a company specialized in Pre and Post damage prevention services and risk management.
In Italy she has led the development of innovative services for the insurance industry as part of the “mass claims.”

Philippe Roux
Adviser
Degree in Economics, more than 3 years’ experience as Managing Director and Divisions Manager in the service management for the insurance industry, in Germany and Europe.
From 1994 to 2006 he was Executive Vice-President of Sales & Marketing of the Munters Group.
Currently he is the Managing Director in HPM Handwerker Schadendienst GmbH and STP Sachverständige GmbH, that offer specialized technical services in accordance with Germany’s leading insurance groups.
